What we collect
When you place an order we collect the details needed to process it: your name, delivery address, email address and order contents. Payment is processed by the payment provider at checkout; card details are handled by that provider and are not stored on this site. We also collect standard technical data such as browser type and pages visited, which helps us keep the store running and understand how the catalogue is used.
How order data is used
Order information is used to fulfil your purchase, communicate with you about that order, and handle any follow-up such as a return or a faulty item query. If you subscribe to the newsletter, your email address is used to send catalogue updates; you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
Sharing
We share order details only with the parties required to complete your purchase, such as the payment provider and the delivery service carrying your parcel. We do not sell customer data.
Access and questions
You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask for it to be corrected or deleted, by contacting the store through the contact page.
